Launched in response to participant requests, our Grandparents' Support Group meets one morning each week while grandparents are on site with their grandchildren. Meetings are facilitated by our multilingual outreach workers, with support from other staff. Grandparents share ideas about issues such as parenting a second time and child safety.

We work with 10-15 grandparents weekly and a total of 93 unduplicated grandparents annually. The grandparents are those who participate in our Child/Parent Drop-In (CPDI) and the Next Steps programs.
